Another award ceremony is over and it's another big win for Dragon Age: Inquisition .

BioWare's role-playing epic landed Game of the Year at the D.I.C.E. Awards on Thursday in Las Vegas. Inquisition also won the Role-Playing/Massively Multiplayer category.

However, it's interesting to note that Ubisoft's Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor won a ton of separate awards: Outstanding Achievement in Game Direction, Adventure Game of the Year, Outstanding Character (Talion), Outstanding Achievement in Animation, Outstanding Technical Achievement, Outstanding Achievement in Story, Outstanding Innovation in Gaming, and Outstanding Achievement in Game Design. All that and no GotY? Huh.

Destiny took home Outstanding Achievement in Online Gameplay, Outstanding Achievement in Original Music Composition, Outstanding Achievement in Sound Design, and Action Game of the Year.
