Dying Light is just about ready to go and here's your final incentive.
Developer Techland has released the launch trailer for the open-world zombie slasher; check it out below. The game releases tomorrow for PlayStation 4, Xbox one and PC.
An undercover operative named Kyle Crane must go to a quarantine zone in search of a missing military official. As you might expect, it's no easy mission and things don't go well. Kyle is left to fend for himself amid an increasingly infected populace. Utilizing a combination of parkour and first-person action elements, the gameplay could be exceedingly unique.
It should go above and beyond the standard zombie game, that's for darn sure.

im seeing a lot of doubt for this game but i gotta say im kinda optimistic about it and pretty excited to get it tomorrow
I actually like the first Dead island. It wasn't mind blowing or anything but it was so much fun to play with a bunch of friends online.
It had the addictive elements that games like Diablo have but then it had this really unique feel to it. It was cool running around an open world with your friends I dunno.
If this does that but with Parkour I'm sold. I will wait on the reviews and see how the controls actually feel though.
I've always assoicated zombie games with rather cheap, cheesy productions. Just like the movies.
But not this time. I've been taken by surprise by the gameplay videos I've seen lately. So polished, so smooth, so appealing. So much so that I pulled out my wallet and just forked out the cash without even seeing a single review. And that is something I barely ever do.

Wow. Trailers like this really get me excited!!! I'm not a fan of zombie games myself, but the story in this one "seems" really deep.. I'd buy one just for that and the FPS ala-Mirror's Edge gameplay!
I'd probably have someone else play it as I watch, would be too scared to play myself hue hue hue hue.. ;(
that looks quite menising but intense they certaily make the game look good don't they
happy gaming
