Lords Of The Fallen Turns A Profit, First DLC Revealed

If you want to expand upon a solid, challenging experience, listen up.

Polish developer CI Games has announced the first downloadable content for their recently released action/RPG, Lords of the Fallen .

It's called Ancient Labyrinth and it'll focus on puzzle-solving and exploration. It will also deliver new enemies, including a magical boss called Lord, whose powers continually shift during battle. Players can expect a few new side-quests as well; all told, this comes to nearly three extra hours of content. It's great news for those who appreciate and enjoy the game's style!

Furthermore, as reported by Eurogamer , Lords of the Fallen is now profitable, as it has sold 200,000 copies, with 700,000 total shipped to retailers. With a small budget of only about $12.4 million, it didn't take much for the team to break into the green.

If you haven't already, check out our review . The title isn't as brutally difficult as Dark Souls but it is properly challenging.

I am glad that it has made a profit — why?

1. I'm sure they worked hard.
2. More Dark Souls-like games are inbound
