Even if you don't, though, you can fast-forward through this video to see plenty of gameplay. Square Enix uploaded this footage just recently; it's from the Paris Games Festival and it's called Tabata Director's Active Time Report.
Once you get past the first half-hour, they start showing off some gameplay. They show off some very large vistas that require a lot of walking, but don't forget there will be vehicles in the game as well. It's the size and scope of the production that you might really appreciate. And check out those huge dinosaur-like creatures!
Let's just hope Final Fantasy XV somehow qualifies as a role-playing game when it finall releases.

sorta makes me want to return to the Frontier in AC3 and do some hunting and trapping.

Im going to buy the new GOOGLE GAMING SYSTEM so I can play the remakes of Dragon Warrior 1-4. Sigh. If it wasn't for Destiny I would have sold my ps4 and just played my PS3 until the Google system comes.
Nice, looks like its coming along just fine. Sad its taken so long but seems like its going to be worth it. As they did some intros for chars in Type-O it really had my attention, I was unsure of how it would roll over from PSP but looks good. Might have to reconsider that for a buy.
I liked what I saw, I watched the whole thing the other evening.
The FF15 footage was mostly running around, its purpose seemed to be showing the vastness of the world which looks like it could be really fun to explore.
I was actually really interested in the Type 0 footage. It looks like the combat will be in ways similar to crisis core, it has fast action but looks like you can only do it in bursts before having to wait.
FF15 graphically looks gorgeous though.

What a wonderful Tech Demo, the area looks huge! I get a thrilling sense of adventure looking at this, which reminds my of my favourite gaming experience of the previous gen in Xenoblade Chronicles. What I am wondering is if the game will have continents. or if it will just be one big mass… I'd really like to see a world map.
