And so it continues.

It seems like every time you turn around, there's another multiplatform title that performs just a little better on the PlayStation 4.

Whether it be frame rate or resolution (or both), Sony's console does seem to have the technical edge early on this generation. The latest game to come under intense scrutiny is Ubisoft's upcoming Trials Fusion , which drops next week for PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360 (it'll hit the PC on April 24): According to GamesBeat , the game will run at 1080p on PS4 and 900p on Xbox One. We've heard the same thing about other big multiplatform games like Watch Dogs .

No, it isn't a very big difference. Chances are, most probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference. So, does it matter?

This is a 2D game isn't it? That definitely doesn't make the xbone look good.

… Hope you are talking about the vast majority on the web because this is totally not how this article sounds.

''No, it isn't a very big difference. Chances are, most probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference. So, does it matter?''

Just letting us know the gap will not close and this gen the Playstation will get the best out of multiplats. Nothing wrong and no over-reaction.

Personally though the only reason I bought an Xbox360 last gen was for the majority of multiplats and a handful of exclusives. So now I am going to skip on the XboxOne. The few exclusives are not good enough. To me it matters and it does affect what console I buy.
