Even if you're not a baseball fan, you should still gawk at the graphical eye-candy.
Sony has highlighted MLB 14: The Show at the Euro PlayStation Blog , and it looks amazing . The details they provide should make tech lovers out there salivate!
As a matter of comparison, the stadium crowds in the PS3 version are comprised of about 40 different models…there are over 1,000 individual models in varying clothing and gear in the PS4 version. Yeah. Really. Individual blades of grass can be seen as well, and that's the kind of touch that brings a tear to the eye.
The game itself boasts a bunch of great improvements and features as well. Cross-save support across all three platforms (PS4, PS3, Vita), year-to-year saves, a new player lock feature that keeps the focus on a particular player throughout any given game, etc. The list just goes on and on, and I have to say, it's quite impressive. You have to wait a little longer for the PS4 version, as it won't be available until May, but it'll be well worth that wait!
