Sony has already revealed that it'll be free in March, so you may as well grab it.
Bear in mind you're not simply getting an upgraded version of the acclaimed Dead Nation . No, Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition for the PlayStation 4 will boast a very cool new feature, as described over at the PlayStation Blog .
It's called "Broadcast+" and it's basically streaming with an added purpose. Those who view your stream can actually affect the game through a voting mechanic. During particular segments, viewers watching on PS4 or on Twitch's website can either aid survivors with stuff like additional ammo, or amp up the difficulty by spawning more zombies. How cool is that ? This means the experience could be endlessly dynamic, as you never know what viewers will do.
Also, don't forget that the Road of Devastation expansion with its supplemental Arcade and Endless game modes will be included as well. If you want to get all competitive, check out the new Challenge system that lets players set scores and dare their friends to match 'em. Oh yeah, and full 1080p and local/online co-op.
You get all this for free if you're a PlayStation Plus member; if not, you'll have to fork over $14.99.
