See now, this is exactly the kind of unique game that has a ton of spirit and innovation.
As announced over at the PlayStation Blog , Happion Laboratories will bring the promising Energy Hook to the PlayStation 4 and Vita this year.
The game is described as a "3D swinging game like Spider-Man 2 having a love child with the 'points-for-style' game SSX ." Basically, you swing from rooftop to rooftop, pulling off zany mid-air tricks and combos, running along walls, etc. The better you perform, the more points you rack up. You also get cool futuristic tools like gravity beams, gravity boots and jetpacks, which should definitely enhance your swinging entertainment. …wait, that didn't come out right.
It's also nice to hear a designer say that the Vita is his "favorite handheld." Jamie Fristrom, Chief Scientist, went out on a limb and added that Energy Hook will be the "first decent, 3D swinging game to hit a handheld." This sounds like tons o' fun; gotta try it when it comes out!

sounds like fun, but also sounds like one of those games which will get boring really quickly!
imagine spider man but just swinging around the city, how long could you do that before you got seriously bored of it?
they should incorporate a deeper gameplay element to it, maybe something like bionic commando.
man i miss that game, such a shame GRIN had to go down the toilet!
