Like most PS4 owners you’re probably excited for Sony’s latest installment in the God of War franchise later this week. If you pre-ordered the digital version, you can begin downloading it later today, ahead of its Friday release date. Like most releases, the game officially unlocks at 12a.m. EDT on April 20th, meaning those on the west coast can begin playing as early as 9pm on April 19th.
If you haven’t pre-ordered yet, there is still time to get in on all the pre-order bonuses that come with the digital version. The standard edition comes with several avatars, but the digital deluxe version also comes with a bevy of additional content, including the digital comic and art book by Dark Horse Comics, the Death’s Vow Armor Set, Exile’s Guardian Shield and a new dynamic PS4 theme:
