Yes, all of it. All three titles in the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will run at 60 frames per second. …or so it seems.
During a series of Tweets today (as summarized at Andriasang ), Hideo Kojima has essentially confirmed that Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker – formerly only for the PSP – will get a FPS bump: "60 frames per second in HD…it's the best! Say peace!" Kojima already confirmed that MGS3 would run at 60FPS; the team originally tried to hit 60 with the PS2 version but due to the "collision detection and jungle visuals," they were forced to keep it to 30. As for MGS2, that ran at 60 frames per second when it first released way back in 2001 (oh yeah, we remember), so it'll only need the high-def coat of polish. So yeah, it appears as if the entire HD Collection will indeed be updated in more ways than one.
If you must have this in your library, remember that the Metal Gear Solid: HD Collection launches on November 8.
