Japanese developers Artoon, Cavia, and Feelplus have banded together to create a new publishing house entitled AQ Interactive. The developers are currently working on collaborations with Hironobu Sakaguchi's (Final Fantasy) Mistwalker company and plan to create games for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
Considering the failure of other developer-cum-publisher circles, such as the ill-faited Gathering of Developers several years ago, these organizations can be risky. The "AQ" stands for Artistic Quality, though, and hopefully that's less of a boast and more of a promise.
Out of their current three titles, only one, Vampire's Rain, is slated for the Playstation 3. Not much is known about the game yet besides the basic concept – you play as part of a military squad sent out to take down the titular nocturnal blood-suckers around the city.
