During Capcom's E3 press conference, they made a few DMC-related announcements, including the fact that the franchise has topped the 10 million sales mark. They also confirmed the aforementioned film; Capcom will be collaborating with Sony Pictures' Screen Gems. The movie will be based on the upcoming new installment, a reboot currently in development at Heavenly Sword developer Ninja Theory. The film is being written by Kyle Ward, who has penned screeplays for Kane & Lynch and Hitman , and in general, we figure the long-time DMC fans should be intrigued. So who has high hopes for this film? Could be good.
