Playing dress-up and imitating a superhero can get you in big trouble.
F.E.A.R. creator Monolith Productions has revealed a new downloadable first-person shooter for the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, and PC. The setting will be an "unhinged Gotham City overrun by impostors inspired by the DC Comics characters Batman and The Joker." All we know so far is that it'll be team-based in terms of gameplay structure, and they're dubbing it a "creative twist on multiplayer heroism and anti-heroism." Basically, players will have the option of being good or evil, and then the true heroes will go after the impostors. Lastly, we can expect "extensive customization options," as well as "homebrew weaponry." It's not a bad idea for a game, is it? We'll just have to see some gameplay…
We don't have a release date but maybe it'll be near the October 18 date for Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham City .

So this will be like Brink, but in a Gotham City setting. >.<
That sounds rather strange. Of course, I'm gonna have to see some gameplay before I pass full judgment, but it still sounds odd.
