You know about inFamous 2 . You've heard of Sony's "Play, Create, Share" concept.
…bet you didn't know those two were connected, though. While games like LittleBigPlanet and ModNation Racers obviously feature the "Play, Create, Share" philosophy, it seems that idea is stretching to other genres and games. Included on that expanding list is Sucker Punch's hotly anticipated sequel; the new feature for inFamous 2 was just revealed at this year's GDC. With the creation tool, players will be able to create most any sort of mission, and we'll even have access to many of the characters, creatures and props the designers had. Finally, we learn there will be a "limited" public beta in April; if you want to participate, check the game's official website on March 14. Don't know about you, but I'd leap at any chance to play this game ahead of time.
The question now is, how many other games will experience the imagination and creativity of "Play, Create, Share?"
