Ben-DutkaIt ought to be oodles of Move-ing fun and now, we've got a finalized release date.
As revealed at the PlayStation Blog , PlayStation Move Heroes will be available on March 22. Developed by Nihilistic Software, this unique experience designed to focus on the recently released PlayStation Move should be good fun for all ages. It features several beloved PlayStation icons, including Jak, Ratchet, Daxter, Sly, and Clank, and they're also offering an exclusive skin pack for a pre-ordering incentive: drop your deposit on the game at participating retailers and you'll nab Pirate Sly, Freedom League Jak and Trillium Armor Ratchet. It seems both GameStop and Amazon are two of those "participating retailers" so it shouldn't be hard to get the skin pack. Between now and March 22, the Blog will post up more info concerning the features, levels, minigames and story so if you're intrigued by this title, you should pay attention. For our part, we're interested to see how it comes out.
Move could definitely use some signature software and PlayStation Move Heroes might fit the bill. We still think they should've stuck with "Heroes on the Move," though.

Great. Now all they have to do is change the name back. Don't get me wrong. I hope the game does well, but changing the name was not really one of Sony's best calls.

I much prefer the original "Heroes on the Move" title myself, although since I have the Move this title does hold some of my interest. There's also the reason for the characters themselves, since I have some Ratchet games (PS2/PS3), and planning on buying a new copy of the Sly Collection at some point are. I've haven't yet played any of the Jack & Daxter games though. Hopefully though, regarding the title once more, it will undergo a last minute revert before print.

I like the original name too.
I haven't paid enough attention to this game to decide if I want to pre-order or not. If I pre-order, it will be through Amazon. Some of the weapons look like they would be pretty fun to play around with, so I'm going look into it more as the release date approaches.
Can you play this without Move?
One might assume that it is a Move only game (based on the title alone), but it might work without Move. If I were Sony, I would make it a Move only game because it would force those who wanted this game to purchase move beforehand. I'm not sure though.

I'm fairly certain that it is Move exclusive.
You need one Move wand. For the other hand, you can use a nav controller or a DS3.
Kind of like Sackboy's Prehistoric Moves.

mini games fail.
Yeah, I'm not really feeling this game either.
This game is going to be a great addition to my Playstation 3 catalog. I'll simply be calling this title "Heroes".
still on the fence about this, really want it to be good since its got my favorite characters, who literally defined the playstation!
but than on the other hand we have had almost no info, sony have not exactly been keen to show it off at events, and where are the previews, trailers, new pics, dev diarys?
games normally get a news update once a month, once a week when there this close to release!
we all know what that means………. i smell another rouge warrior on our hands.
I always thought that if Sony made a game with all the PS mascots in it, it'd be amazing fun! Then they announce this, a Move-only set of mini-games developed by the people who made the horribly mediocre Conan game. 🙁
