Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception will probably be a pretty good game. …see? The understatement of the year with only a few days left in said year.
The game wowed everyone – everyone – when it debuted in December; the worldwide premiere at the Spike TV Video Game Awards kicked ass, and then Naughty Dog followed that up with the first bit of gameplay. But if you still don't have your fill, the PlayStation Blog has even more info, straight from the horse's mouth, so-to-speak. Game Director Justin Richmond and Creative Director Amy Hennig answer a few questions and once again, we feel our level of anticipation rise a few more notches. Richmond says they wanted to "push their tech in an interesting new way," and also enhance Drake's environmental reactions; i.e., his animations in direct relation to his surroundings. Hennig also talks a lot about the characters and how they're working hard to make the characters even more human-like; how we'll feel even more attached to them. So what is Naughty Dog going to do between now and the time of the game's release?
Just kill themselves to get "better and better and better." …and they've got about 10 months to do that. Scary.
