Simulators aren't for everyone. It's just a fact. Gran Turismo 5 really won't do anything for those who will only play the likes of Burnout or Need for Speed .
But because the game is that good, and because owners of PlayStation platforms have been treated to quality products from Polyphony Digital for a good 13 years now, the vast majority of last week's poll participants intend to own GT5 at some point. In fact, most got it on day one, and according to our in-depth analysis , those gamers made the right decision. While there is quite the controversy surrounding the amazing title, we simply opted to ignore it all, take our time, and try to determine if GT5 delivers on its promise of realism and authenticity. As usual, when it comes to high-profile games, we made a great effort to deliver an accurate, reliable review that will give consumers the best recommendation possible. To buy or not to buy; that's what concerns most all consumers, and thus, it's a top priority for us.
This week, despite a ridiculous amount of work, we know we fell a little behind in the reviews. We're fairly certain we had all the big titles covered but we just couldn't nail 'em all, and as we scramble to play a bit of catch-up, we'd like to know: which recently released title would you most like to see us review? The very well received NHL 11 ? That great Sly Collection ? The fitness-minded and oft-advertised EA Sports Active 2 ? The Sims 3 ? Let us know.
