Forgive us for automatically assuming there would be nine distinct levels in Dante's Inferno before we ever actually heard any gameplay details. …we're just psychic, or something.
It's a super hot action title that many have said appears to be a God of War clone (hardly an insult as far as we're concerned), and throughout the summer, EA has revealed some of the stages present in the adventure. We've seen clips of Anger, Heresy, and Limbo and at this week's Tokyo Game Show, they'll be showing off Lust, which is bound to turn plenty of heads. According to PS3Center , we'll be getting a few titillating puzzles that might be pushing the boundaries of "explicit," and there will be the bare-breasted epic boss, Cleopatra. That's a very, very large chest and the good news is that everything in Dante's Inferno will zip along at a healthy 60 frames per second so…you know, don't worry about jerky frame rate when encountering Cleopatra's massive rack. You can expect to hear more about the game's morality system, too, which sort of reminds us of the good/evil choices in inFamous . But don't you have to be at least a little evil in the depths of hell?
Dante's Inferno is scheduled to launch on February 9, which also happens to be the release date for Bioshock 2 . Stiff competition there.
