We'll tell you about any big news concerning Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (after all, it's our most anticipated game of 2009), but if you want to keep tabs on everything from fresh updates to new media, you'll need additional help.
All you gotta do is head over to the hotly anticipated title's official site , which just launched. There, you can peruse one of the game's multiplayer co-op levels (found in the earlier beta) known as the Nepal Warzone, and examine the latest and greatest. You can either search around for the shiny objects, which will lead you to other parts of the site, or you can simply maneuver with the menu at the bottom. Right now, there are some screenshots we've never seen, several great trailers, and a forum, where you can all get together and drool over the game in question. Also, Naughty Dog has revealed the total number of participants who tested out that aforementioned beta: 130,543, and 63% of those testers were from the U.S. There will be a multiplayer demo in September; if you place your pre-order at GameStop, you can get in on the 9th, but if not, you have to wait until the demo goes public on the 30th. You know you want a taste of the action before the final launch!
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is slated to release on October 13, and we can pretty much guarantee it'll be a legitimate Game of the Year contender.
