The saga surrounding Team Bondi's long-anticipated L.A. Noire continues, but we remain without any official details from official sources.
The latest evidence that the game in question not only still exists but is also a PlayStation 3 exclusive was located by PS3Center . The job listing at Team Bondi's site shows they're working on up to "3 exclusives for the next generation of PlayStation," and although that can easily include the PSP, we're thinkin' at least one or two are for the PS3. The postings use the wording: "demonstrate techniques in modeling for both low poly and subdivision" and "a passion for cars would help." Beyond this, we don't know much. We do know that we've been waiting for more news and updates on L.A. Noire , and the last piece of information we had said it would be a multiplatform game. Most just accepted this as a matter of course, primarily because most all third-party developers are going multiplatform these days. It's a matter of necessity, really; the cost of producing a next-gen title is so high that it only makes sense to approach as many possible consumers as possible.
But again, most everything is still rumor and speculation until Team Bondi or Sony steps forward with something concrete. For now, it's enough to know that up to 3 PS3 exclusives could be on the way, and one of them might still be L.A. Noire .

Day one buy for me…I need this game…
How can you need this game? Is there even any media on it?
it had been bouncing around the shadows of E3 well before 2008
@stickemup
does there need to be media for you to want something?
1940's detective dish, gotta need it.
I require this particular adventure even if it sucks chocolate donkey balls, I did kind of get the impression that when they first announced is as PS3 exclusive it might be a blu-ray filler. So when they went Multi I figured okay they cut it down to GTAIV size (which isn't horrible) but maybe they hit a stumbling block, certain games can't be spread across disks you know.
Even though this game will likely be a must-buy for me no matter what, 'twould be great news if it was actually an exclusive as it was believed to be in the beginning.
Never heard of it.
jawknee fails again.
I really don't know much about this game, but if this game is PS3 exclusive, then I will try to support it.
Since when is Team Bondi big enough to have three simultaneous projects? I'm calling BS on that one. You also gotta love that we now have a completely unsubstantiated rumor that a completely unsubstantiated rumor from a year and a half ago is in fact not true. What is the world coming to?
That being said everything solid that we know about this project says that it will be a PS3 exclusive so I believe that, at least, is true.
Thank you!
I knew I wasn't the only one that found it strange for a smaller development team to be working on 3 games at once.
With what $$$? With what ppl? Team Bondi isn't Bioware or Blizzard or Square-Enix. BS, indeed.
I am going to get this. I will be salty if it is GTA in black and white w/ forced voice acting.
i have hardly seen anything about this game, so idk if i'll get it
has there been any recent trailers for it?

Does anyone even know what type of game this is ?
detective, triller, sandbox? I think. Details are few.
why did I think this was a RockStar game? At any rate, I hope it does stay exclusive to the PS3. Sounds like it could be a great game.
I think Rockstar North is publishing the title but Team Bondi are developing

They had their name on it.
I see, is Alan wake an xbox exclusive?
It is meant to be or I thought that's what E3 said unless I have been mistaken but I think I am 99.9% sure it is Xbox360 exclusive.
it is. And it remains the only piece of their conference i'd like on PS3.
No luv for ME2 World?
@Stickemup,
Plenty of media on it……
Wikipedia info on L.A. Noire:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L.A._Noire
From Rockstar's own site(with trailer):
L.A. Noire is an interactive detective story set in the classic noir period of the late 1940's.
L.A. Noire blends action, detection and complex storytelling and draws players into an open-ended challenge to solve a series of gruesome murders. Set in a perfectly recreated Los Angeles before freeways, with a post-war backdrop of corruption, drugs and jazz, L.A. Noire will truly blend cinema and gaming.

Also…….
According to Team Bondi….
L.A. Noire is our attempt to recreate a 1940âs detective thriller as a game. Crime thrillers are a huge genre in both literature and film, so in theory there is a large potential audience.
A detective thriller, as a game, relies on the player being able to tell when a suspect is lying. This requires new technologies that can deliver real performances and human nuance. This is not an easy row to furrow but we are enjoying the challenge.
