Ben-DutkaThe screenshot says it all: God of War III will be featured in next month's Game Informer, and that's good news for…well, for anyone who calls themselves a gamer.
The rumors have been spreading for the past few weeks: SCEA is prepared to unveil a whole lot more about the final installment in this trilogy, and it should happen at some point this month. Well, this new GI issue will boast "ten pages of exclusive info, gorgeous art and eye-popping screenshots," plus new details on I Am Alive , Prototype , and Brutal Legend . Typically, we're not so keen on waiting for print publications to deliver their information – the Internet has basically replaced the mags due mostly to speed reasons – but GI should have a boatload of never-before-seen pictures, and the details ought to be eye-opening, too. However, this rekindles some hope that the game may release this year, although the latest word places the launch in March of 2010. It's the likely answer to the "when are we gonna get this game?!" question, but you never know…maybe SCEA could finish it up for a holiday 2009 release. Either way, this feature should serve to up your excitement level.
And don't worry: our radar is on high-alert; we'll seek out anything GoWIII-related in 2009 and tell ya about it. You won't be out of the loop if you stick with PSXE, people. 😉

It would be cool if God of War III were to release this year, but I could wait until March 2010. Seriously, if this game came out this year it would simply cut in to my time with all of the other great titles coming out… Jeez, I don't even have enough time for the games I have now, LOL.
Wow I get to start the year with an awsome shooter and hopefully End it with the most Epic tale ever (MGS4 was the most satisfying tale lol)

yeah i absolutely love this series, there are alot out there including POP and MGS that are absolutely amazing but i think GOW3 will reign down heavenly gaming satisfaction. this game looks amazing. Im just glad i get the previous residents mail still, lol its almost like Christmas alot round here i get two magazines PS magazine and gameinformer, do i feel bad? well not after i get this issue!!!! plus they live across the street now so don't feel bad for them either, i return it after i'm done;)!
This will be the one game to rule them all! Funny thing is the best thing about GameStop is the Game Informer magazine, and the exclusive stuff they get like collector editions and the KillZone 2 demo. (Speaking of whice time to get back to playing that demo for like the 100th time… I wish it was longer 🙁

Gamestop says that it will be released on March 10th, which is my birthday. It is not yet comfirmed, but it would be nice to know that a highly anticipated game is COMING OUT the day I CAME out. Lol 🙂
