Thursday is always a good day to log on to the PlayStation Store, and this week, you can expect to see the new Qore episode (Episode 8), which ought to be well worth your attention.

In addition to what Sony is calling an "onslaught of Killzone 2 content as well as exclusive info, interviews and downloadable media," Qore 8 should be a crowd-pleaser for only a few bucks (if you don't already have an annual subscription, that is). This one offers a sneak peak at Killzone 2 – this alone should be enough to warrant a purchase – inside information on the upcoming F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin straight from Monolith Studios, an interview with DJ Qbert who created music for the Street Fighter franchise, and extra DLC. Also, bear in mind that more PlayStation Home content is on the way, and this week, PS3 owners will receive the new Red Bull space (we figured we'd see it this month), the Ligne Roset and Diesel stores, and those nifty new Killzone 2 costumes for your Home avatar. Just remember, you have to pre-order Guerilla's hotly anticipated shooter through if you want access to the costumes.

For only $2.99, Qore is typically worth a look, and Episode 8 is no different. Killzone 2 is garnering a great deal of headlines early this year, and if you haven't gotten a close look yet, now's the time. And make sure to peruse the rest of the PSN for all sorts of cool new stuff.
