Ben-DutkaTonight, you're either watching the Republican National Convention or the U.S. Open (dear God, the Williams sisters are still on; locked in an epic battle!), and if it's the former, you've already heard Sarah Palin speak. Palin, recently chosen to be John McCain's running mate, is seen by many as a clever choice, and industry favorite David Jaffe has something else to add.
Jaffe is a guy who has never been afraid to speak his own mind, and on his blog, he loves to do just that. He talks about this and that, and it's not always game-related, although we'd still love to hear more about Twisted Metal for the PlayStation 3. Recently, gamers have noticed he worked Palin into an off-color comment guaranteed to turn a few heads. Here it is:
"I think she’s, you know, kind of cute. She’s the perfect definition of a MILF. Not to, you know, disparage her or anything. I’m not trying to sort of make it about that, but it’s like that’s what I see when I look at her. I didn’t love Hillary but I looked at her and I saw experience and intelligence… you look at this woman and you see a MILF. That’s what you see."
Whelp, Jaffe is probably only saying what many American men are thinking , but even so… Hey, it's a free country with freedom of speech – that's kinda what blogs are for; let's face it – and Jaffe is certainly free to offer his opinion, and like he says, he's not trying to be crude. It's true; Palin is an attractive woman. But let's just hope Jaffe's comments don't cause too much of a stir, because while iffy, they're still – technically – complimentary. Eh, we're not good with political stuff; let's just say we want Jaffe's next post to be about Twisted Metal .
P.S. We are not going to tell you what "MILF" stands for. Google it if you don't know, but be careful if there are any parents or spouses around.

Yes, Affliction. What would've illustrated your point further would be to juxtapose the posted, deceptively unassuming, navish photo of Jaffe next to Palin's sizzling one. I also think McCain was thinking along those lines when he decided on her, too! I think it is too premature for me, but she definitely has earned the vote of my gonads.

John Mccain made a stupid move by chosing her to be VP, because all his campaign said was Obama has no experience, then they bring someone inexperienced.

To be in her 40's she can definitely be considered in the MILF category. But isn't there a little scandal involving her oldest daughter Bristol being five months pregnant at the age of Seventeen? I read that somewhere. I would think that would hurt John McCain's campaign a little.
Yeah, her daughter is pregnant, but it almost seems as if they have both sides covered there.
The conservatives like the fact she's keeping the baby and marrying the father, and the liberals are ALL about tolerance and crap like that, so they'd rally behind the daughter, too. Heh.

lol, perhaps, but it's far from being close to what one finds on a particular well known gaming site. The few times I've been on it, I'm always amazed at the language used. So unprofessional, yet kind of funny. Least Ben only leaves it hinted, so those of us who know, know, those who don't… Well, obviously not old enough to deserve to know!

It was very smart of McCain to pick her, she is even leaving an impression on a site that is obviously far removed from politics. Pure genious on McCain's part. Probably the only way he could even think of squeeking out a win from the Democrats this year.
She's got my vote, even though voting Republic in NY is like not voting at all. Way too many people living off the "system" here.
