Ah, rumors. They're fun, aren't they? The latest comes courtesy of a Capcom release-list posting over at the NeoGAF forums, and it's bound to stir up some controversy.

As we all know, Capcom has become a mostly multiplatform developer, as we've seen both Devil May Cry 4 and Lost Planet: Extreme Condition go multi in the past year. Granted, DMC4 arrives at the same time for the PS3 and Xbox 360 and PS3 owners had to wait a great deal longer for Lost Planet , but the fact remains. However, if you take a look at the following two lists, you'll notice that there is one game on each that stands out:

PlayStation 3

Xbox 360

Now, if you'll notice, we see Lost Planet Colonies only under the PS3 and Black Cloud only listed for the Xbox 360. Obviously, this doesn't necessarily mean both are confirmed exclusives (that's hardly the case), but it does get us thinking… What if Capcom has decided to toss an exclusive bone to each system? What if they're making up for delivering Lost Planet: Extreme Condition super late to PS3 owners? It's worth considering, but let's not get too hasty. We hope to see a clarification on this issue within the next day or so.
