Well, it didn't really get a whole lot of praise when it released over here, so maybe Euro gamers won't be too crushed to hear about this. It seems the dragon-riding motion-sensing extravaganza that is Factor 5's Lair has been delayed in Europe.
According to Eurogamer, the PS3 exclusive has been pushed back "at least a couple of weeks," as the game now has a release date of November 23. The delay comes a little late in the day, as gamers across the pond had hoped to be able to pick it up today, but retailer release date listings no longer say November 8. Neither Sony or Factor 5 provided a specific reason for the delay, but evidently, it's due to a manufacturing issue of some kind. Maybe the developers realized the game was crucially flawed and they secretly went back to work on it…or maybe they're scrambling to add the option for normal analog control, which should've been included in the game in the first place.
Sadly, though, we doubt that's the case. It's just a production snafu of some kind, which we assume they'll work out just in time for Thanksgiving. When a new official release date becomes available, we'll be sure to let you know.
