More news from the guys over at Insomniac regarding Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction , and that includes another sweet-looking video. Sony PR Senior Manager, Jennifer Clark, posted it up at the official PlayStation blog , and she also hinted at when we might expect that highly anticipated demo…

Insomniac Games has already released a bunch of details to a group of 45 gaming journalists, and that includes the unveiling of new weapons, enemies, and levels, plus a small teaser- Clark said to "imagine Ratchet disguised as a pirate," which seems to fit directly in line with the zany and off-the-wall humor so often present in these titles. The official release date sits at October 27, but perhaps one of the biggest questions is, "when are we gonna get a chance to play that demo?"

We do know that it's on the way, but it appears we may have to wait until just before the game actually launches. In addition to a final release date, avid followers of the franchise have been hoping to see that demo sooner rather than later, but hey, later is certainly better than never. Perhaps it will arrive at about the time the Heavenly Sword demo dropped, which would a little over a month before the actual release.

Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction will certainly be one of the hottest games of the holiday season, and we can't wait to hear more about it.
