It isn't Black Friday yet but that doesn't mean you can't save some money at GameStop.

Prior to one of the biggest shopping days of the year, the game retailer has announced some fresh deals for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation TV. These sales are effective immediately but they'll only be around for a limited time, so strike fast.

For the full list, visit GameStop's website . PlayStation TV could prove to be an excellent purchase if you plan to take advantage of its capabilities, and you might know someone who could use a PS3. Not everyone had one of those systems, ya know.

Off topic: Somehow I can't access the forums, but forgot password but i demanded a reset by email and didn't get any email, checked spam inbox to0, nothing how weird is that. Anyways here is the ?, I'm planning to upgrade my HDD and I got some protected game saves, I know the only other option is the cloud from PS+ to backup protected saves, can I pull out the older HDD/swap with a new one and retrieve my protected saves from the PS+ cloud, bringing it over to the new HDD? And I heard that you can put back the older HDD back in the original PS3 and it won't format the HDD if you want to go back so that's nice to hear.
