We've all wanted to see this since we were kids.
Iron Mike in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out! was so incredibly hard to beat, that we were all convinced the man himself would have no chance.
Seems we were right. Finally, at long last, the real Mike Tyson challenged his virtual self to a fight in the original game on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. You can see the video below; Tyson takes control of Little Mac, the iconic protagonist in the 1986 game, and tries to take down the champ. It doesn't really work out, though, as you'll see.
Prior to this, Tyson said he'd played the game only once and he couldn't even beat Glass Joe. Hell, I could beat Glass Joe, but Iron Mike was beyond me.
I beat him once as a kid. Saved the code..could never get another victory lol
This was awesome and funny, thanks for sharing Ben.
Haha! He got his a$$ handed to him…self?
Now he knows what it's like to be on the other side of the ring.
I remember beating him only once… by technical decision though.
