As many of you know, Ubisoft will produce two Assassin's Creed titles this year, one each for the previous-gen and next-gen consoles.
We're well aware of Assassin's Creed: Unity , set to launch on October 28 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. But what about the mysterious game set for the PS3 and 360?
Well, according to Swiss retailer World of Games , that title is called "Assassin's Creed Rogue." The listing has since been removed from the site, but we have heard that it'll be set in North America. The protagonist will supposedly be a Templar named Shay; the interesting part is that the Templars are typically the villains in this series. Therefore, perhaps "Rogue" is in reference to an assassin who abandoned the order and sided with the Templars.
We've also heard there will be quite a bit of naval warfare, as there was in last year's Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag . Guess we'll have to wait for the official announcement, but all of this seems plenty plausible.
