Deponia, “A Fast-Paced Comedy Of Errors,” Coming To PS3

This is the kind of game that can be perfect for rainy day entertainment.

German studio Daedalic Entertainment has announced that it will bring Deponia to the PlayStation 3 later this year. It was previously released as a digital title on PC's Steam service.

The first entry in a trilogy, this new version will retain the classic point-and-click gameplay of the PC version, but players will have direct control over protagonist Rufus. What's the gameplay like? Well, in a bizarre case of mistaken identity, Rufus is off on a whirlwind adventure (of sorts); the developers call it a "fast-paced comedy of errors and one of the most unusual love stores in gaming history." They even cited Douglas Adams and Terry Pratchett as inspirations for Deponia 's off-the-wall humor.

We didn't get an exact date or price but for the record, the game is available on Steam for $20.

You should be happy since some of these PC games coming to the PS3/PS4 are quality products. And you refuse to upgrade that laptop of yours.

These are quality games. You should be thankful you get to play them at all.

I'm thankful for Outlast, but PC leftovers shouldn't be the main gaming experience on PS4 so no I'm not counting my lucky stars.

LV Have you seen what gaming Laptops cost? It's sickening.

Oh, I agree about the pricing. Which is why I'm a desktop kinda guy.

I'm usually not very interested in downloadable games but I really like how they talked this one up.
