Well, sure. You want to make it as…uh…realistic as possible.
In the upcoming South Park: The Stick of Truth video game, one of your powers will be farting. Creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker have confirmed that passing gas in the upcoming RPG will be true to life . Well, sort of. Said Parker:
"It was really important that you didn't just press a button to fart. You need to feel it go out of your a**hole."
This was part of a trailer released today; it went along with the announcement that the long-awaited title had finally gone gold. It will be headed to store shelves on March 4, which is when you'll be able to experience the true power of farting. As for Parker's quote, I'm not even sure what that means…but it's pretty standard from that guy. Here's hoping that you don't actually have to eat a bunch of beans in real life before playing the game.
The Stick of Truth was originally going to be published by THQ, but they went down last year and Ubisoft picked up the rights for $3.2 million. The game was developed by Fallout: New Vegas studio Obsidian Entertainment, in collaboration with South Park Digital Studios.

What I learned from farts:
Never fart in a confined space by yourself. You may end up disabling yourself from the smell.
And don't fart in an elevator even though you may think it's clear. I had many instances where I did just this and someone entered the cart I just exited, who will I blame? I'm the only person there.
Use my wise knowledge to your advantage!
…I have no idea what to say to this.
GOTY
Yeah, Obsidian can make good games, but South Park has never been my thing. So… NOPE!
"No canned fart sounds for our players-we'll put actual flatulence into the game"! I would not have wanted to be the sound engineer who had to capture that audio.
However, if they do expect that input from the player then they may have found the one thing that Kinect is good for!
Now being packaged with Smell-o-rama.
Just unwrap the cellophane to get your own little "Whiff of truth".
i am not really a south park game fan i just don't see how the show is as a game if that makes sense.
happy gaming =)
about f*cking time we got a game which did not take itself seriously, and its soul purpose was to put a massive smile on your face!
so cant wait for this it had the whole room pissing themselves laughing at the eb expo last year.
im a bit disappointed its turned based, always hated that sh*t, but a small price to pay for the humor.
Honestly, this game looked really good, and hilariously funny…… And then I seen how huge farts were in the gameplay. And it went from day 1, to day never.
I mean really…. toilet humor? If there is ONE kind of humor I HATE WITH A PASSION, it is toilet humor. It is the one thing that immediately reduces our intelligence to the level of infants.
