Never question the passion, imagination, and creative ability of die-hard gamers.

Naughty Dog recently held a design contest for The Last Of Us , which resulted in over 360 submissions in just over three weeks. The studio loved to see all the fantastic entries, and now they've selected the winners .

The Grand Prize winner is right there in the middle; it's the t-shirt with the word "Endure" on it, and it was chosen by the gaming community. Guest judges Ashley Johnson (Ellie) and Troy Baker (Joel) picked the two runner-up winners, and Neil Druckmann (Creative Director) and Bruce Straley (Game Director) awarded the special prizes category winners. All the winning designs are now available on t-shirts, which can be purchased (along with other sweet game-related items) at We Love Fine .

Additionally, the latter site said they might make more t-shirts and items based on fan art. That means Naughty Dog could hold another contest, so keep checking the Blog for details. I'm always amazed at the level of creativity and artistic talent in the video game community…of course, none of that makes mainstream headlines.

The girl who made the cartoon one is pretty cute.

Good fans do deserve some recognition. It's not like everyone's an idiot.

There is a great variety to choose from. Ranging from very direct art to more subtle designs. Any of them would make for a good conversation starter to the less informed person. I hate buying stuff I don't need, but that one with the smiley face brick is too tempting.

I made the design with the fireflies. You can tell I've never painted or used photoshop before lol. It was fun trying anyways.

Definately buying the winter t-shirt.
