As if you're not excited enough already, Square Enix has decided to tease you further.

The publisher has released no fewer than five new trailers for the upcoming Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster collection, which is slated to arrive next March. You can check out all five of those trailers over at Joystiq :

These new vids focus on Wakka and Rikku, and they also provide new footage for battles and blitzball matches. That last video is guaranteed to be a fan favorite, as it portrays the prettier upgraded version of the legendary and heartfelt moment between Tidus and Yuna at the Holy Springs. I still remember seeing it for the first time; it was pretty damn amazing. Still, I almost preferred the cut-scene when Yuna performs the ritual that sets the dead to rest; the one where she dances on the ocean. How unbelievably touching was that ?

Anyway, these HD Remasters will hit the US on March 18, 2014; they were expected to release in late 2013 but now we have to wait a bit longer. …and that's tough to do. Also, here's a look at the sites of Spira, all updated in that fancy new high definition.

Ah the epic grandeur of days long passed into wistful history. It will be a bittersweet reunion for fans when this collections arrives. It will also be a shame to think the sales will subsidize further crapola from SE.

Yuna's ritual scene from FFX is one of the most unforgettable moments in my gaming life. Yuna's passionate but poise sway and the vivid scenery gave a chilling sense of connection with something deep.

I love everything about the trailers besides the "Yuna will die you know!" I'm pretty sure the new gen of gamers would have liked to find that out, and be surprised. Anyway, so hyped and love the cover art work. Really makes the game worth getting physically.

Looking forward to this, but aren't they doing a 12 remaster? I thought I read they were and I'd like some more info on that.

10 was good, but I liked 12 better. I'm probably in the minority, but oh well.

I think they said a 12 remaster will depend on sales of this, which will probably blow all recent FFs out of the water.

As much as I dislike the game, it does beg for one, the detail in the environments are stunning for a PS2 game and would look amazing in HD. I've seen some Hi-end emulations of XII and it looks nothing short of amazing when you are in one of the towns, just flourishing with detail… That's as big as a complement XII will ever get from me…

Ugh… the lightning…

I'm looking forward to everything in this game except having to dodge lightning 200 f***ing times again! Lulu, if you weren't so awesome I'd tell you to suck it and live without an Ultimate Weapon…

You and me both, I can't wait for Dark Souls 2, but I will pick this up and set it on the shelf for future Spira adventures.

I think people give Yuna a bit too much credit when they are upset about her character in X-2. When you play through X again pay attention, she's committed to her cause but she's not bright or even very strong aside from having conviction, she's this Marilyn Monroe type all around. I really dig her like the rest of you but I think the outfit change warped people's minds.

I hope they give you an option for the original music too like the PSP release of FFIV delivered – I just don't like it. That's not me being picky, I loved the re-recored soundtrack in Kingdom Hearts 1.5, but this just doesn't work for me.

Mind you I am still trying to get over the horror of Tidus' character model. Still think it looks like a doll and much worse than the original PS2 version.

I'm -rrrreeeeeaaaaallly- hoping it will improve when they match their mouths up more with the English….

As long as the lip syncing isn't as bad as Silent Hill 3 in the HD Collection for PS3, I imagine I will get over it. I played it briefly at a games convention and didnt notice any major problems – It was more Tidus's face than anything…

Yeah I thought they made it worse as well.

I have heard that the RPG Bravely Default is really good.

Now my only question is why the heck can't they seem to make these awesome JRPGs on anything other than a handheld?

People are saying Bravely Default feels like it should or could be an entry in the FF series so yeah.

I don't think we will ever know wtf is wrong with SE.

Eh, it looks like it belongs more with XII – Which I disregard as a true FF title. XII, Tactics and Vagrant Story feel like a completely different set of developers – partly due to main collaborators only being a main part of them projects.

Still, I agree about the JRPG market being in Handhelds, it is a real shame. JRPG's offer such a grande sense of adventure which is slight diminished on a small screen. Still with Vita TV hopefully crossing shores soon that should no longer be an issue.
