There are perks if you're a gamer in Japan.

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has announced that anyone who pre-orders Gran Turismo 6 will receive a couple download codes for two limited edition cars. Even if you don't pre-order the game, you could nab the codes if you picked up GT6 early enough.

The first is a Ford Focus ST 15th Anniversary Edition, and then there's the Toyota 86 GT 15th Anniversary Edition. They'll be available on a first-come, first-served basis and as you might expect, there's a limited quantity. Japan is also receiving a Classic White PS3 GT6 bundle, so they're getting all sorts of Gran Turismo love this holiday season. Gran Turismo 6 is slated to launch worldwide on December 6, and car and racing enthusiasts everywhere are champing at the bit…

Wish I had time for it. These games are just so massive and last I checked, there are several massive games coming out this fall.

I need someone to go to Japan and steal these codes for me.

I'll reward you with homemade chocolate chip cookies. 🙂

You should be able to trade cars between 5 and 6 or even sell them on a plaer market. I loooove GT but my one big pet peeve in every one is that you spend stupid amounts of money on upgrades and it doesn't raise your cars value at all. That has always made me so mad.

It doesn't sound like a lot of love compared to gamestop here in the U.S, unless they have an awesome collector's edition over there. Actually, I don't even know if there are any pre-order perks over here. All I know is that for the same price, the collector's edition at Gamestop gives you like 25 15th A. cars, racing suit, psn avatar, and special paint chips.

Would love a key chain and another kyosho car model though, as well as another book.
