The PlayStation 4 is a hot item already, but not everyone is sold on the launch lineup.
Our latest poll results indicate a generally favorable response to the PS4's lineup of launch software, but the majority have said it's just "okay." Killzone: Shadow Fall leads the charge, and a few other exclusives might be excellent. But it's not overwhelmingly fantastic, is it?
Perhaps this is the first time in history where several of the strongest titles for new hardware are third-party productions. Call of Duty: Ghosts , Watch Dogs , Battlefield 4 , Madden NFL 25 and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag are gonna be massive, and all of them will likely be bigger than any exclusive set for either the PS4 or Xbox One. Shadow Fall should do well, as should Titanfall , but they can't aspire to the heights of the multiplatform franchises in terms of sales.
This week, what do you think about the PS4's $399 price tag? Is it too high, too low, or just right? Yes, it's the Goldilocks question, only concerning a piece of next-generation video game hardware.
