Now that's a worthwhile bundle!

Online retailer Amazon France may have leaked a very sweet PlayStation 3 bundle . If real, it will feature two of the best PS3 exclusives of 2013, and perhaps two of the very best games ever .

As you can see, the bundle would include a black PS3 with a 500GB HDD, a matching Dual Shock 3 controller, and copies of The Last Of Us and Gran Turismo 6 . The former garnered a boatload of critical acclaim when it launched in May; the latter is due out December 6 worldwide. This is a European bundle, though, and it's marked at 299.99 Euro, which translates to about $400. The listed date for this package is December 4, and there's no knowing if it'll be available in regions outside of Europe.

If you're looking to snag a PS3 as a holiday gift, this could be the perfect option. Of course, the recipient will have a long ways to go to catch up, but hey, not everyone is a die-hard core gamer, right?

Quick question. Why do most companies create a separate website for different countries? A quick example would be the PS Store. Why is there different PS stores with different content and promotions. Why not just make one and obviously if you live in Italy the store is translated to your language?

many many reasons including laws, money and the translations of stuff.

A: So you're downloading the version of the game in your language.

B: Legal copyright and licensing issues are different in every country so some games may be available in one area and not another.

Cant you just block games for other regions?

Often, games have slightly different versions for different regions. For example, I believe the Euro version of The Last of Us has less blood than the American version.

I actually have warmed up to digital downloads recently. I never have to get up and look for a disk. I don't have to worry about the game getting damaged. I don't have to stand in line or worry about a game's availability on release. And the best part is, because of currency conversion rates, it's pretty much always cheaper to buy a game from the US Playstation Store instead of buying it in a brick and mortar store. I live in Germany so $60 or 60€ is a no-brainer.

Amazon France is always putting this stuff up early.

I don't know how they can keep getting away with doing it time and again.
