As far as I'm concerned, GTA isn't GTA without those fantastic radio stations.
And if you're wondering what we'll hear in Grand Theft Auto V , check out a recent Rolling Stone feature that addresses this very question. There are some big names involved!
There are streaming samples of a few of the Los Santos stations, and they all sound great. Rockstar soundtrack supervisor Ivan Pavlovich says it's by far the biggest soundtrack the team has ever prepared, and it actually includes "around 20 movies worth of score." …that's a lot of music. And the big names include DJ Pooh, who will host a rap station, Wavves' Stephen Pope and Nate Williams (they've got a rock station), and Pam Grier, who handles a soul station.
It's also interesting to note that GTAV will be the first game in the series to have its own score created by Rockstar. A bunch of composers have contributed music specifically for the game, and that includes heavy metal band Alchemist, rapper Oh No, electronic group Tangerine Dream, and more. But wait, is Lazlo going to be around? He better be!

Today at work I streamed about a dozen songs which are suppose to be on the radio So far, i'm really digging it. I'm a MUSIC fan. I listen to almost anything that sounds good/has a good message/melodic etc.
Many ppl complain about the hip hop/metal But there's something for everyone. The Muse, NWA, Game, Black Flag, Evelyn King, Elton John tracks are awesome of course. I can't wait to hear them on their respected radio stations along with, what seems to be, an awesome confirmed DJ list.
Vice City is still my favorite in the series. I'm an old school, kinda guy.
Gta cant wait
Wow, this game will be absolutely massive.
Looks like it will be topping The Last of Us as the Game of the Year.
Gangsta and smoke all those fools in the game.

Lazlo is my favourite Radio DJ of all, and the characters are Fernado Martinis and Jeezy the pimp.
