Oh sure, now they come with a new color. How come we can't have these sweet options available earlier?
Anyway, Sony has announced that the Azurite Blue PlayStation 3 model will land in the US and Canada on October 8. It will be available exclusively through GameStop and EB Games.
This model was previously released in Europe; now it's North America's turn. The system will ship as a bundle; it will retail for $249 and include the pretty blue slim console with a 250GB hard drive, along with a matching blue Dual Shock 3 wireless controller. You can pre-order it at any GameStop location, but bear in mind that the Azurite Blue PS3 will only be available for a limited time. It would be a nice option for those who have yet to experience the greatness of the PS3, right? Some peeps are late to the party.
If only the PS4 would launch with an assortment of colors. The Dual Shock 4 will be available in Red and Blue, but the system will just be boring ol' black. …oh well, we'll live.
Too late. Sony has a tin ear.
Make that a blue ps4 and now you're talking 🙂
i was considering gettin one as a back and cos it's blue but i'm still not sure aye.
happy gaming =)
Yeah, not only did we want this earlier, but they had to do it with the ugliest ps3 version available. Blue is my favorite color, but that thing with all those ridges, ugh.
I guess if someone's on the fence between this and the 12GB PS3, I'm thinking spending the extra $50 is a better way to go + you get it in blue. Yah I don't know what they were thinking with the ridges on top and it's a first in the Playstation line, what the hell was Sony thinking, oh well it's not all that bad.

and EU actually got something BEFORE the US!
im scared, im going down to my bunker and waiting for the apocalypse to start!
Cool color, to bad the rest of my entertainment center is black.
I don't know. Never understood having all these weird colours on consoles, etc. I mean, my entire entertainment centre is black and silver and I'm content. A bright blue PS3 just wouldn't fit.. Maybe it's just me.
Cheap-looking blue is still cheap-looking.
Why couldn't Sony have done this way sooner
