Day one downloadable content isn't exactly beloved but when it's free, who cares?
Suda51's latest wacktastic endeavor, Killer is Dead , will arrive on August 27, and there are all sorts of bonus incentives to pick it up.
As revealed over at the PlayStation Blog , the game will initially ship with the Smooth Operator pack. This gives you "tantalizing alternate costumes for Vivienne and Mika," plus a bonus pair of in-game glasses that somehow helps protagonist Mondo Zappa with the ladies… In addition, there's a full-length, special bonus mission entitled "Episode 51," which also introduces "the high-class Betty." We can definitely get behind the idea of more gameplay tacked on for no extra charge.
But that's not all: Launch copies of Killer is Dead will come with an 80-page, hardcover art book and the official soundtrack with 25 songs. That's like a mini Collector's Edition! And besides, the game itself should be totally zany.

is this just for pre-orders or everyone who gets the game
Gotta love the obvious sleaze, it's so 1980's.
I wish I had more money, this game and Rayman Legends come out soon and I want both but can only budget one…sadly it will have to be Rayman. I hope to pick this up later down the line as it looks stellar.
