Ah, one of my all-time favorite franchises. Soooo much fun.

It's not a new entry but at least it has been updated a little for the PS3. As announced over at the PlayStation Blog , Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational is headed to the PS3 after debuting on the Vita.

It's in celebration of the franchise's 15th anniversary, and the title will be available on the PlayStation Network on July 23 for only $19.99. The console version includes local multiplayer for up to four players, along with new features such as the Real Feel Shot via PlayStation Move. On top of which, if you already own the Vita iteration, all your downloadable content is cross-buy and will be unlocked in the PS3 version! There are even Level 4 and Level 5 clubs and balls to unlock… Gotta get those!

With tons of tournaments, a horde of available equipment, and unique characters, HSG has always been fantastic fun. If you need further incentive, read our review for the Vita version.

Bring Gravity Rush, Uncharted: Golden Abyss and Escape Plan to PS3 next please!!

Have them on PSVita but I'd play them again on the big screen.

No way why port everything the Vita has to offer to ps3? It would give even less reason to own a Vita

I like golfing. Does anyone know if they massaged the visuals for the PS3 version.

THe Vita game looked great but now how will it translate to the big screen?

Awesome, I've been waiting for this! Have it on the Vita but will love playing it on a big screen. I'm excited by all of the details, but I was expecting a retail release. It would look great on my shelf next to "Out of Bounds"
