On the fence about purchasing Gran Turismo 6 ? …if so, why ?

Well, if you do need some confirmation of the game's impending awesomeness, you won't have to wait much longer. As revealed over at the PlayStation Blog , a playable demo for GT6 will hit the PSN on July 2. Yep, next week.

You can either play just for fun, or you can submit a qualifying time for a chance to advance to the GT Academy 2013 National Finals. The demo will boast the beginner rounds of a GT Academy-themed race camp and after completing them, you'll unlock the final qualifying event at the Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit. By the way, even if you have no hope of actually qualifying, you'll still receive "free bonus content" just for submitting a time. So give it a shot; what do you have to lose? Get behind the wheel!

Gran Turismo 6 is scheduled to launch for the PS3 this holiday season. True fans will definitely want to consider the 15th Anniversary Edition .

wow, that early?
im all for getting demos as soon as possible, but 5 months before release?
hope this in a final state, would hate to see people turned off by a shoddy demo simply because its still got a way to go till release.

Aww yiss!

They know they don't even have to make a demo because Gran Turismo will sell, yet they do anyway. I love that company.
