Sony has revealed the awesome Gran Turismo 6 15th Anniversary Edition, which will be exclusive to GameStop and launch exclusively for the PlayStation 3 this holiday season. Can't wait!
The special bundle will actually only retail for the standard $60 and features 16 additional cars, customized paint chips, a race suit and helmet, a cool PSN avatar, and a copy of Beyond the Apex II app. If you decide to pre-order the game, you will also receive an additional four cars: The BMW Z4 GT3 '11, the Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 '13, the Tesla Model S Signature Performance '13 and the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (C7) '14. You'll also get a whopping $1 million of in-game credit, which should give you a distinct advantage right off the bat. Whatcha gonna buy with that cash?
As for those 15 cars, you can check out full list over at the PlayStation Blog . Don't forget that Polyphony boss Kazunori Yamauchi said a PS4 iteration was possible in the future but for now, only the PS3 version is confirmed. We can live with that.

As far as I read, if you pre-order from Gamestop, you get the 4 cars + 16 exclusive cars. If you pre-order from Amazon, you get the 4 cars + $1 million in-game credit.

This is the first GT ever that I'm considering not getting on day one. I just want to wait a little in case they announce a PS4 version. I'll undoubtedly have both systems hooked up anyway, so maybe I'll get it anyway and if a next gen version comes out I'll trade up to it. I'm pretty sure about the answer to this question, but I haven't heard anything. The G25 will work with PS4 right?
When Kaz mentioned a PS4 GT, he didn't necessarily mean GT6 for the PS4. All he said is that a GT PS4 will naturally come out once players put up a good amount of time with GT6, indicating that it'll probably be GT7 by then. I don't know about others but personally, I'll probably get at least a good 2 years out of it, so we probably won't see a GT PS4 till at least 2015.
So, if you wait for a GT PS4, it'll most likely be GT7, and it'll be like skipping GT6.
As for the G25, I haven't really got a concrete answer for that. Everything seems like assumption for now.

Where did he say that exactly? From everything I've heard they make it seem like they're considering a PS4 version of 6. Even this article indicates that by saying a PS4 iteration is possible. We know there will definitely be one on the PS4, so I took that as 6 would be possible.

I really like Amazon, but 1 Million in game credit is nothing compared to what Gamestop is offering. I especially have to have that Apex II app. Shame that it won't be a book.
I'm also disappointed to see that a CE won't be available, considering it's GT's 15th Anniversary.
I almost feel like Kazunori is holding something back for the TGS, but that's entirely speculation.

Already have my copy of GT6 reserved at GameStop, can't wait to drive 20 cars right out of the gate.
The Amazon pre-order seem kind of useless to me, it doesn't really take that long to amass 1 million credits, and the 16 cars in the GameStop pre-order bonus are definitely worth more that that.
