Thief is one of our most anticipated next-gen games.
But maybe you really want to play it, and you're not planning to purchase a next-gen system for a while. Well, good news:
Eidos Montreal has confirmed that the upcoming reboot will also be available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Evidently, all versions will release at the same time next year. We don't yet have an exact date but I think I speak for all stealth aficionados when I say, "the sooner the better." There was no mention of a Wii U version, for the record. As for differences between the versions, producer Stephane Roy said it's "really, really important" to insure that the core gameplay remains intact across all platforms. Of course, you can expect a significant graphical upgrade for the PS4 and Xbox One iterations.
Thief has always been bad-ass. Can't wait.
