Yes, it's always exclusive to the Xbox 360 for a month before arriving for other platforms. Such is the nature of Call of Duty , as you know.

Anyway, Activision has announced that the latest DLC Map Pack for the blockbuster smash hit Call of Duty: Black Ops II will be available for the PlayStation 3 and PC on May 16. It's the Uprising pack, which is offers four new maps along with a brand new Mob of the Dead mode, which takes players to the notorious prison island of Alcatraz.

The cool part is that a lot of recognizable Hollywood talent is involved in this particular DLC, as the voices of Ray Liotta, Michael Madsen, Chazz Palminteri and Joe Pantoliano will be featured. That's one hell of a cast, too; just check the filmography of each if you're not totally familiar. Anyway, the maps in question are Magma (set in a Japanese village that suffers from a serious volcano problem), Encore (the aftermath of a deserted London music festival), Vertigo (futuristic skyscraper in India) and Studio (a contemporary re-imagining of a Firing Range).

The Uprising Map Pack can be yours for $14.99.
