In only a matter of hours, we'll learn all about the mysterious Deus Ex: Human Defiance .

Rumors concerning the new title cropped up earlier in February and now, according to the official Deus Ex Facebook page , this project is real and it'll be fully revealed on Monday.

That's when they'll offer up the "world's first look" at…well, whatever this is. We have learned that it is indeed a game; initially, it was believed that "Human Defiance" could be the name of the film. Square Enix trademarked the title earlier this year, which quickly led to a great many ideas, theories, opinions and assumptions. This could just be the sequel most everyone has wanted since the critically praised Deus Ex: Human Revolution . Then again, it is April Fool's Day, after all…

This seems like a pretty tame April Fool's joke, though, if it is indeed a prank. Let's just assume Human Defiance is on the radar for the next 24 hours. We should be optimistic, right?

Well eidos montreal is making theif so… the bigger question is if it isnt the movie, then whos developing it? After deus ex hr I dont want anyone else making the game. Im not getting my hopes up because its probably a movie.

I just hope it's not a rushed release made by another developer, spoiling the brand. I don't mind waiting a year or two more for a new Deus Ex.

really looking forward to this, human revolution is one of the best games released this gen!
i just hope they have fixed the boss battles, and also fixed the inconsistencies!
the whole point of the game is player choice, yet so many levels were only playable 1 way.
so many levels forced you to purchase a certain augmentation if you wanted to finish that level.
spoils the whole game when you go through one part with all these opportunities to go through, than get to the next level and am forced to follow a a thin white line.
kinda hard to go back to cheese when your offered cheese, crackers, antipastos and dip!

I really loved Human Revolution, even though I had a few minor gripes about some parts of the gameplay and area/world traversal.

I hope Human Defiance is every bit as good as Human Revolution, but with a few improvements.
