Well, not yet, but soon.
As announced over at the PlayStation Blog , two more characters will join the widening PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale roster: the agile Kat, from Gravity Rush , and Emmett Graves, from Starhawk .
They will be available on February 12 and for two weeks, both DLC characters will be free , so don't miss out! Kat is an "up-close melee fighter who utilizes her ability to manipulate gravity to turn the tide of battle." If you liked using her in Gravity Rush on the Vita (one of the best games available for Sony's new portable, by the way), you'll probably like the way she fights in Battle Royale . Emmett brings his signature "Build & Battle" style, which lets him call down various structures to aid him in battle, including Rift Extractors for AP and Flak Turrets. He even has 5 Supers at his disposal!
You can also bet on these new characters getting the same treatment as the rest of the cast, and that includes updated official website pages with moves and bios, alternate costumes, Arcade Mode cut-scenes, Trial Modes, etc. Oh, and whole new level – Fearless – will be available in February, too. It's like a "mash-up between Heavenly Sword and Wipeout " and that sounds mighty interesting to the PlayStation faithful, I'm sure.

Strange choices.
Great choices IMO.
Can't wait and I haven't even played the game yet…
I have been playing this on the Vita and it's a blast! Already beat it with Drake and now taking on Dante. Sony has done a great job bring a fun brawler to life. Looking forward to Kat and Emmett Graves and the new Fearless level!
I'm sure I am not the only one saying "Who?" at this announcement. Crash Bandicoot or nothing.
Emmit Graves? Star Hawk sucked. Still sucks.
End of Line.
I could care less about the Emmet character, generic looking shooter character. As for Kat, that did kind of surprise me like the 3 or 4 months ago that I heard about this, lol.
