Giggling, chuckling, and one outright explosion of laughter at the end. So funny.
The following animated short summarizes the gaming year in review (with a few other major topics thrown in, like the presidential election and Lance Armstrong), and it's well worth checking out.
It mentions Final Fantasy XIII-2 and the franchise's sometimes bizarre numbering system, Halo 4 's oddly brief marketing campaign, the en masse Mass Effect 3 whining, and Just Dance 4 's release, meaning people could finally use Kinect for something other than "making a weird noise that scares the cat every time you turn on your Xbox." And really, the climax is just hilarious. I'm sorry Nintendo, but it is.
I wish they would've found a way to mention Journey but other than that, this is a pretty decent two-minute recap, and mighty funny.
I would have loved to see a video of Ben's reaction to the video, hahaha
Meeeehhhhhhhhhhh.
love the meeeehhhhhh…and i love anything that has even the slightest bit of Tardar Sauce
I kept repeating that part as well. Hilarious!
And that bit about FF games with their "ridiculous sequel numbering system on the planet" was just as funny. Same is true on that bit about Mass Effect 3. LOL

lol, thanks for that Ben, very cute stuff. I like the Kinect scaring the cat. I coulda made it funnier though 🙂
hahaha Brilliant 🙂
On a side note, I found something that was also funny. I read an article about a new gaming system coming out called Ouya. It said, "Created this past year, Ouya is an attempt to bring gaming back to your TV." lol. What a concept! Finally, a gaming console built for use with a TV! It will also play Android games. Incredible gaming technology, eh? Haha. Thanx, but my PS3 is the only gaming console I need to hook to my TV.
Lol I didn't know that they were trying to market the Ouya that way. I was never interested before and now for that stupid remark I never will be!
havent read the article, but there probably referring to bringing mobile games to the TV.
tis the whole point of ouya.
theres already devices out there that let you use controllers on mobiles, so the only thing going for the ouya is the TV functionality and price.
im actually quite excited for it, theres so many awesome mobile games out there that just dont see their potential because of the phone restrictions.
dunno about the states, but here halo 4s marketing campaign has been everything but short!
hell still seeing the halo 4 electronic posters littered all over the place, i remember back in early oct they had a competition for fans to win real life sized ones signed by the devs.
if $ony spent a 50th of the money M$ does advertising their games, they would be selling a HELL of allot better!
i remember playing uncharted 3 at the EB expo and they were handing out posters, i asked the guy if i could grab a bunch to give to my local store so they could advertise the game.
he just started laughing and said yeah i dunno why these havent been given to stores yet.
$ony needs to learn you need to spend money to make money!
