The team that brought you two ace games last generation, ICO and Shadow of the Colossus , are supposedly working on not one, but two, new PS3 projects. They recently posted up an ad for open job positions on Sony's Japanese website, and the latest Weekly Famitsu had a full-page ad to the same effect. They still haven't officially announced the game(s), but the latest Internet rumor says one of them is "close to ICO and Shadow of the Colossus in terms of atmosphere and setting."

Sony had nothing to say about this at their Gamer's Day event this past week, but according to the rumor, the team remains hard at work on two mysterious PS3 games. Fumito Ueda and Co. prepared two of the most original, engaging, and memorable titles in recent memory, so whatever they're working on is sure to get people talking. Furthermore, if these rumors are true, it means they've already started work on the projects…which means we could see one of their games by early 2008.

We'll let you know as soon as either Sony or the team releases more information about these titles.
