If you're done with Dishonored but you've been itching to get back to it, you should circle a certain date on your calendar.

That date is December 11, which is when the first piece of downloadable content will be released for the excellent game by Arkane Studios. Dunwall City Trials will be available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC for only $4.99. That isn't bad, relatively speaking.

This expansion features 10 challenge maps "that will test and track your combat, stealth and mobility skills." You'll have to be as creative as possible, utilizing everything in your arsenal and eliminating as many targets as possible, if you want to score high. This will boast everything from nonstop drop assassinations to waves of foes, ranging from weepers to tallboys. The pack also boasts a new set of Trophies and Achievements plus a global online leaderboard. To learn more, visit the game's official website .

Dishonored is a definite Game of the Year contender. Have you played it yet? If not…what's wrong with you? ūüėČ

Great… I only just bought this game and now I feel ripped off… -_- I hate the gaming industry of today.

You feel ripped off because DLC is coming…as it basically comes for every single big game?

Yes, it happens with every game nowadays, then 4 months down the line they release a special edition with all the content. Just because every company is joining to exploit us for it doesn't mean we should except it.

I actually fear buying a game brand new now because of that. I only got Dishonored because it was half-price and I have not bought a new PS3 title since Final Fantasy XIII-2 at Spring.

While I have been a victim of buying a game at full price then have it go GOTY a few months later at a cheaper price, I still think that all this fascination with additional content distracts from the important thing which is the game itself. And with Dishonored, it is a hell of a game.

I generally enjoyed it, it was far more focused than Fallout or Elder Scrolls which I liked. I also liked how the side missions effected the story mission. But it still suffers from the PC gaming tradition of having no character model – When I look down I see no feet or when I pick up an object it floats… surely we're past that by now. But overall it was a fair game, certainly no a GotY contender though.

Ultima, what first person game have you played where you see your feet/body when looking down on your feet?

This is one game where an actual expansion could fit, I'm not really a fan of skill trials.

more stealth weapons too?
one thing i hated about dishonored.
gives you a bazillion tools and weapons if you want to play loud and kill enemies, but if you want to be silent and non lethal you get 2!
not really fair, nor fun!
