As far as many concerned, Sports Champions is still one of the most entertaining PlayStation Move titles available. We agree.

And now, the follow-up effort to the Move launch title is slated to launch on October 30, as announced at the PlayStation Blog . The developers are "squashing bugs" (always important) and adding a final coat of polish so everything runs smoothly come Halloween.

They talk about the Avatar Creator feature, which has apparently "turned out so much better" than the team originally envisioned. They're thinking about adding some post-release support for this new feature to make it even better. The developers also continue to implement feedback they've received for various new sports, like Skiing, Boxing, Tennis, Golf, Bowling, and the all-new redesigned Archery. Oh, and don't forget about Party Play, which should satisfy a roomful of eager Movers.

Honestly, the first game is one of the few I'll still play with Move, so I'm really looking forward to the sequel. Anyone else?

This might convince me to stop being cheap and buy a move. I played the first one a lot. I barely remember it already, but i remember getting good at the archery and gladiator combat. And disc golf. But nothing else unfortunately.

I have had the first game since launch and I still play it regularly. When my family comes over they always want to play the move. I think disc golf is my favorite so I wish they had more of it, but I'm still really looking forward to the new games.

Can't wait.

Well, since I bought that friggin' glowstick in the first place I'll probably get this game. I'll wait for a price drop though.

Also, to be fair and a tad less grumpy, I actually thought Sports Champions were a fun game. I did. Oh how rosy the future of Move once looked…!
